Community Care Worker
We are recruiting compassionate care workers to join our community team delivering personal care, dementia support, and companionship to clients in their own homes across the areas we serve. No experience necessary — full training provided.
Key Requirements:
- •Genuine passion for caring for others
- •Good communication skills
- •Reliable and punctual
- •Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- •Right to work in the UK
Senior Care Worker
An experienced care professional ready to take on additional responsibility — supporting junior staff, conducting quality spot checks, and contributing to care plan reviews.
Key Requirements:
- •Minimum 1 year of homecare or care experience
- •NVQ / QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- •Strong leadership and communication skills
- •Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Care Coordinator
A dynamic and organised individual to manage scheduling, liaise with clients and families, and support the field care team from our office base.
Key Requirements:
- •Previous experience in a care coordination or scheduling role
- •Excellent organisational and communication skills
- •Confident with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- •Knowledge of CQC compliance standards (desirable)
